Customer Care Services

Intsika Yethu Municipality has customer care for your convenience. This one-stop service delivery point provides you with integrated access to services and information. Each customer care area offers the following services:

  • Lodging and following up of all complaints;
  • Provision of information related to all services in the municipality;
  • Liaison with and referral to line departments where necessary;
  • Payment and account-related services;
  • Booking of facilities and services;
  • Provision of a “one-stop municipal-wide” customer care service to all the customers of Intsika Yethu Municipality; and
  • Switchboard and customer care line related services.

These offices are open weekdays from 08h00 to 16h30 except for Friday when they close at 16h00.
