DIRECTOR : COMMUNITY SERVICES

The Intsika Yethu Municipality is a Category B Municipality, established in terms of the Municipal Structures Act No. 117 of 1998.  It consists of Cofimvaba and Tsomo towns and falls under Chris Hani District Municipality in the Province of the Eastern Cape.  Applications are hereby invited from suitable qualified persons for the position of Director : Community Services which directly reports to the Municipal Manager. The appointment to this position will be made on a fixed-term performance-based contract in terms of Sections 54A, 56 and 57 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), as amended (the MSA), read together with the Local Government: Municipal Performance Regulations, 2006, and the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act: Municipal Regulations on Minimum Competency Levels, 2007.
